Four bounded agents, not one autonomous one
Each agent has defined inputs, outputs and permissions. None can approve a claim, decide coverage, accuse anyone, or contact a seller — and that is enforced by database permissions, not by asking a model nicely.
Photographs from every angle, the receipt, frame and battery numbers, components, scratches and replaced parts — each recorded with where it came from and how sure we are. Versioned, so a repainted bike is still findable by how it looked when insured.
Searches permitted marketplace APIs and contracted feeds in Swedish and English, against every version of the fingerprint. Suppresses weak matches rather than alarming a victim. Never scrapes — the schema has no such option.
Every signal is named and traced to the feature that produced it. The strongest thing it can say is “possible match, human review required”. It asks the owner what only they could know, and warns them never to approach a seller.
One-time handover codes, public staffed handover locations, referral to authorised personnel, condition assessment and repair. It holds no seller contact details and offers no way to obtain them.
Configurable, not hard-coded
Every step is a node an insurer can change without a deploy: questions, inputs, classification, decisions, tasks, timers, notifications, evidence preservation, document generation, and—critically—human approval and consent gates.
Workflows are versioned. A case keeps the version it opened under, so changing a question tree today cannot alter a case whose output already went to the Police.
Bicycles ship as a worked example. Laptops, jewellery, watches and luggage are configuration, not a rewrite.
